Per Leah it all stays on the same work order km Kitchen Suppression Inspection One-Time Ansul 9gl Kitchen Fire Suppression System Inspection for the purpose of Quoting out the Salamander Appliance Change coverage. Please do Inspection to document all deficiencies and the details for covering the New Salamander Deficiency: Improper protection on grill under salamander. Salamander is unprotected and shelf over 8B-Range is blocking protection. Grill under salamander is improperly protected with a 2120 nozzle to low and clogged. Second grill currently has a 1n nozzle improperly positioned. Char broiler has a clogged 1n nozzle. First deep fryer (L to R) has a clogged 3n nozzle. Char broiler and first deep fryer is undetected. Hood is extremely dirty.
